1.  print a copy of the sheet music ordered on one occasion only; and
2.  view the sheet music ordered on screen at Sheetmusicdigitalworld.com via the SMD White Label programme as long as it remains in the catalogue.

You DO NOT have the right to:
1. download the sheet music for storage on your own or other computer,
2. redistribute the sheet music in any form or file format for commercial or any other purposes, or
3. alter, edit or tamper with the sheet music file or print-out, other than alterations authorised by Sheetmusicdigitalworld.com and available through the Scorch sheet music viewer (e.g. transposition).

Only one successful print is allowed per purchase per copyright agreement with the publishers. You are not permitted to print more copies than you have paid for.

You hereby agree that you will not exercise any right of return or cancellation that concerns:
a. The supply of Services which execution has already started (example: Download has commenced)
b. The supply of goods which cannot be returned because of their nature.
c. The supply of software you downloaded prior to the commencement of a download (or by the acquisition of any goods).


5. Refunds

We cannot refund once a transaction has been completed since we are also charged by the publisher for each print and in every completed transaction. However, all we can do for you is to offer you a courtesy of reset if you have encountered problems like printing or any other issues.
